Northeast Equipment Design
has the resources to do all necessary mechanical and electrical fabrication
in our 15,000 square foot facility. We make our machine frames from
either welded square steel tubing or extruded aluminum. Stainless
steel fasteners are used throughout to eliminate corrosion problems,
unless a high strength alloy is required.
All moving parts are guarded for operator's safety. Guards are either
direct enclosures or overall enclosures generally using clear polycarbonate
panels. Access doors into guarded areas are interlocked to the machine
operation.

When
assembly is complete, all aspects of machine operation and safety
are tested and demonstrated for the customer before any equipment
leaves our shop. The overall result is a good looking, rugged, easy
and safe to run custom machine designed and built to give long trouble
free performance.
